A very recent Calgary Herald article on my $16M dollar, 460 acre listing elicited very good response from the Calgary business community. Just goes to show despite all the latest social networking methods of communication and exposure, the written word in more detailed article form versus short blips on a screen, still work in many circles.

MD acreage market is currently very slow with a very high inventory of properties and a seemingly small buyer pool. We can't continue to blame the weather for low traffic so it seems the buyers are not there to a significant level so far this year. Based on this pricing is very critical to compete as well as top presentation requirement and comphrehensive marketing.
