Somerset
The community of Somerset is located in south Calgary. It was established in 1995 and offers family lifestyle that is well located to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, medical services, banks and transportation.
Driving into Somerset your senses will be heightened by the Six Acre Town Square, which is the focal point of the community. It's stylish design of an English Country Garden offers up a water park, beautiful landscaping, picnic areas, skating rink, tennis courts and volleyball. The Resident's Association maintains the Public Park well above city standards with an annual fee of $50.00 per household. Soccer fields and baseball diamonds are located at the Somerset Elementary School. The many pathways and green belts provide loads of recreational space for walking and biking.
