Here it is another year commencing and we seek to predict trends in our rapidly changing world where countries are highly influenced by the whole world, not just local changes. I just completed a comphrehensive review of luxury properties throughout the MD Foothills to see how they are selling. I consider luxury acreages those with very large newer homes whether on small parcels of land or larger parcels - homes over approx. 4,000 sq. ft. developed with very 'high end' finishing and custom architecture.
